  1. How do I set up an appointment?


There are lots of ways to set up an appointment!


  • You can call us at 585-398-8825

  • You can click “request an appointment” on our website, fill out the form, and we will reach out to you!

  • You can go to any therapist’s profile on our website, you can find therapist’s profiles under “meet our clinicians”, there will be a button to schedule an appointment online!


  1. How do I choose a therapist?


You can look at all of our therapists profiles under “meet our clinicians” and see if you find one that sticks out to you!


Or you can call us at 585-398-8825, all of our administrative staff know our therapists very well and are good at matching up clients with a good fit


  1. Do you take my insurance?


Great question! It depends on your insurance plan as well as the therapist. You can always ask us if you call at 585-398-3385. Or, if you look at your clinician’s profile on the website, it typically says what insurances they accept.

  1. I know you have a lot of locations, do I get to choose?


Absolutely! We have locations in: Victor, Henrietta, Penfield, and Pittsford. We also can do telehealth! Please let us know what location you’re interested in so we can match you with the best therapist in that location!


  1. I thought your name was Victor Counseling Practice. Does Victor Counseling Practice still exist?


Yup! We just changed our name. We are now called Renew Hope and Healing…nothing else has changed!


  1. Do you ever have therapy groups?


Yes! Check out the “workshops” tab on our website to see upcoming groups!


  1. I need medication. What do I do?


    We have one prescriber in our Victor office. Just ask the front desk to schedule you an appointment with her and we can get that set up!
